SYNERGY Home Care of Tampa Bay is seeking a proactive Home Care Coordinator to support daily office operations, caregiver lifecycle, and client intake processes. You will report to the franchise owner and drive caregiver recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance with AHCA standards.
You will also assist with client intake assessments, caregiver engagement, and local growth initiatives, while maintaining high confidentiality and quality in every interaction.
