Position SummaryWe are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to support both clinical and administrative functions across our care teams. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting providers and ensuring efficient clinic operations.
- Document patient information accurately in the EHR (EPIC)
- Complete intake for new and returning patients
- Prepare patients and assist providers during exams
- Administer vaccines and perform basic clinical procedures
- Draw blood and complete screenings as directed
- Participate in daily huddles and support care team coordination
- Schedule follow-ups and assist with patient flow
- Address barriers to care and support treatment compliance
- Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant exam rooms
- Process and route tasks in a timely manner
- Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with Diploma
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 6 months of Medical Assistant experience
- Currently enrolled in a medical, nursing, or EMT program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills

Please note that employee's initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part‑time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in‑person, on‑site training during their first week. Additional Mandatory training may continue for approximately two to three weeks, depending on the position and training requirements. Training may take place at a TFHC location other than the employees assigned work location.

Saturday rotations required (as scheduled)
