Responsibilities

* Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

* Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, and errands.

* Provide companionship while promoting client safety, dignity, and independence.

* Observe and report changes in client condition.

* Follow the client's care plan and company policies.

* Complete Well Sky timekeeping and visit documentation.

* Complete required training and maintain compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

* Current Florida Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) credential, as appropriate.

* Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required.

* CPR certification required. BLS certification preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

* Current TB screening in accordance with company policy.

* Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance.

* Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely.

* Excellent communication, professionalism, compassion, and dependability.

* Two professional references required.

Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of:

* Florida AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (Checkr)

* OIG Exclusion Screening

* E-Verify employment authorization

* Drug screening (if applicable)

* Required pre-employment documentation

Pay

Starting at $17.00 per hour
