RN’s, LPN’s, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Attendants, Companions/Live-Ins and other specialized healthcare professionals are licensed, trained and ready to provide care twenty-four hours a day, every day.

Location: Lutz, Florida – Hillsborough County

Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Schedule Preference: The patient prefers the daily hours to be divided between morning and evening shifts.

Matrix Home Care has an immediate need for dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for a patient in Lutz, Florida.

The patient requires a total of eight hours of care each day, seven days per week. The patient prefers the daily hours to be divided into two separate shifts, such as a morning shift and an evening shift. Exact shift times will be discussed during the interview.

Both full-time and part-time caregivers may be considered. Multiple Home Health Aides may be hired to provide complete weekday and weekend coverage.

• Assist the patient with activities of daily living
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping related to the patient’s care
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
• Document the care and services provided during each shift
• Report changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate supervisor

• Completed Home Health Aide certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Recent physical examination or health statement
• Current tuberculosis screening
• Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from the patient’s home
• Previous home care or private-duty caregiving experience preferred
• Must be dependable, professional, compassionate, and comfortable working divided morning and evening hours

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Weekly pay through direct deposit
• Support from the Matrix Home Care staffing and clinical teams
• Opportunities for additional cases and ongoing assignments

Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
