Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of individuals under our care while also managing and administering medication in compliance with prescribed healthcare plans.

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and document residents’ health and behavior and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications to residents, ensuring accurate dosages and timely delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all administered medications and resident interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate personalized care plans.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed of best practices.

• Certification in caregiving (CNA) or medical technology (Med Tech) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or medical technician role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of care.

-$16-$18 per hour depending on experience and certifications.
