Role Overview

As a Medical Office Representative
, you will support front desk operations in a busy cardiology practice by performing duties related to revenue cycle operations, patient scheduling, registration, and administrative support. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient office operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Collecting payments and supporting revenue cycle activities
  • Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries
  • Handling patient inquiries and responding to scheduling needs
  • Entering orders and maintaining accurate patient information
  • Utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules and patient records
  • Managing patient communications and appointment coordination
  • Supporting office workflow through administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and data entry
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience

Required:

  • Six (6) months of Healthcare experience OR
  • Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
