Th St - Responsibilities:
Implements treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.;
Uses appropriate therapy procedures, documents data, and follows individualized care plans set by the occupational therapist.;
Provides patient and family education, including home exercise programs for treatment carryover into the discharge setting.;
Conducts age-appropriate assessments and interventions, completing annual age-specific competencies relevant to the scope of care.;
Acts as a clinical instructor and provides mentorship to students and new staff, fostering a supportive and educational environment.
