Caregivers Hiring

Caregivers, we are hiring across Wesley Chapel and Pasco County. Starting pay is $17.00 an hour, paid every other Friday. Part time and full time shifts are available, scheduled with a real scheduler who knows your name.

Always Best Care of Wesley Chapel is a licensed Florida home care agency serving Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Land O' Lakes and San Antonio. We provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and transportation in the client home. A Registered Nurse assesses every client and oversees every care plan, so you are never deciding care alone. Our services are non-medical.

We do not provide skilled nursing care.

• $17.00 per hour starting
• Paid every other Friday, by direct deposit or check
• One and one half times your regular rate for hours actually worked on a listed company holiday
• One hour of paid training every week
• Paid training in HIPAA, dementia care, safety and leadership skills
• Registered Nurse assessment and ongoing Registered Nurse oversight on every case
• A defined path to Lead Caregiver, with support toward CNA and RN credentials

• Flexible scheduling where client needs allow
• Health coverage available after 60 consecutive days at 30 or more hours a week. This is an individual coverage arrangement, not a group health plan.
• No out of pocket cost for covered virtual primary care visits, once eligible

• An appropriate credential for the assignment, HHA or PCA per Florida requirements, or an active Florida CNA certification
• Completion of the Florida caregiver competency checklist and knowledge test
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• TB and health screening per policy
• Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver license
• Successful completion of Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening and E-Verify before client contact

No certificate yet? You may still qualify. Florida allows home health aide competency to be established by passing a competency test, and we administer and verify that testing in house. Apply and ask.
