Internship Overview
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the Fall semester. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to offer — while supporting a team that hires for one of the most unique niches in the hospitality industry. You'll work directly with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and gain real exposure to high‑volume, multi‑site recruiting.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist in sourcing qualified active and passive candidates using job boards, internet databases, social media, and employee referrals
- Help schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, and support interview debrief sessions
- Support the team in tracking candidates through the pipeline and maintaining accurate ATS records
- Help draft and post job listings across multiple markets and hotel locations
- Assist with researching and testing new sourcing methods and recruiting tools
- Help prepare recruiting metrics and reports for hiring managers and leadership
- Support a positive, timely candidate experience by helping manage communications and follow‑ups
- Collaborate with the Ops Team and hiring managers on special projects as assigned
Collaborate with your manager to create a project to improve processes presented at the end of your internship.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the corporate recruitment strategy.
What We’re Looking For- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred)
- Available to work part‑time during the Fall semester (schedule flexible around class hours)
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or hospitality operations
- Comfortable using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Prior exposure to recruiting, HRIS/ATS software, or hospitality is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you!
- Term: Fall Semester
- Compensation: Paid internship (hourly)
- Schedule: Part‑time, flexible hours; hybrid or in‑person
- Location: Hybrid / In‑person at our corporate office
- Mentorship: Direct guidance from experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists, with exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
