Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Endpoint Management Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between technical engineering teams, IT leadership, and end users. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating endpoint management initiatives, documenting processes, tracking remediation efforts, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable updates.

- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), including the ability to support workflows, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience with Group Policy administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation processes.
- Experience utilizing vulnerability management tools, preferably Tenable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), or Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) environments.
- Familiarity with Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) platforms.
- Experience supporting Secure Enterprise Browser solutions.
- Knowledge of non-Windows endpoint management, including macOS and mobile device management platforms.
