Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent located in Lutz, FL. The Person al Lines Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, managing policy quotes, providing expert advice, and recommending appropriate coverage options. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, processing insurance applications, conducting policy reviews, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

Agents are expected to stay informed about insurance offerings and regulations to ensure clients receive the best guidance and support.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Writing Homeowners, auto, umbrella policies and collecting premiums.
  • Understanding of Finance principles related to insurance products
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
  • Licensure as an insurance agent in the state of Florida is required
  • Prior experience in an insurance-related field is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with relevant insurance management software is a plus
