Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is always hiring Groundskeepers and Porters to help maintain the cleanliness and appeal of apartment communities. These roles are perfect for HVAC students who want to gain hands‑on residential experience on‑site before moving into technician positions and building a long‑term career in multifamily maintenance.

We are seeking energetic individuals with a positive attitude! This entry‑level maintenance opportunity is an excellent first step into the multifamily apartment maintenance field.

• Maintain the cleanliness of apartment community grounds within set time frames.
• Perform routine tasks such as pressure washing, leaf blowing, and general upkeep.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and staff.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report issues promptly.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Track and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies.

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, porter work, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance; represent the property and company with pride.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or wet climates.
