The OpportunityKrav Maga Martial Arts (KMMA) is a Blackbelt Leadership Academy that teaches practical self‑defense while developing confident, disciplined leaders — kids, teens, adults, and families.
We are looking for an Enrollment & Growth Director to take ownership of our growth engine:
- Community outreach
- Marketing execution
- Enrollment
- Retention
- Revenue growth

- Conduct enrollment conferences and renewal conversations
- Protect and grow student retention and upgrades
- Execute community partnerships, school outreach, and local events
- Activate CTEM (Call, Text, Email, Mail) campaigns
- Represent KMMA professionally in the community
- Own the new‑student journey from first contact to enrollment
- Execute progress checks and family communication systems
- Track KPIs and report weekly performance results
- Collaborate with instructors and leadership team
- Base pay + performance‑based commissions
- No artificial cap on earning potential
- Clear advancement path into senior leadership roles
