Marketing Coordinator

Are you a creative storyteller who loves building community, creating meaningful content, and bringing a brand to life online?

Watermelon Swim is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead social media, content creation, and digital storytelling — while helping us promote water safety and make a real impact in the communities we serve.

This is not a “post and ghost” marketing role. You’ll be behind the camera, in the water, at events, in classrooms, and in the community — capturing real stories and turning them into powerful content.

• Lead our social media strategy, content calendar, and daily engagement
• Create compelling photo, video, blog, and email content
• Design graphics and promotional materials
• Track campaign performance and optimize results
• Represent Watermelon Swim at events and community programs
• Help bring water safety education to life through presentations and outreach
• Protect and elevate our brand voice across all platforms
• Have 1–2 years of marketing experience
• Live and breathe social media trends
• Can write beautifully and communicate clearly
• Have photography and/or video skills (bonus points!)
• Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Feel comfortable filming in the water
• Are excited to work occasional evenings and weekends
