E-Commerce Operations Manager

A growing company in Hudson, FL is seeking anE-Commerce & Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing, social media, and live selling.

This is a hands-on position for a creative and organized individual who will help promote the business and current inventory, research market trends, support live-selling activities, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.

• Consistently post and promote the company's business and current inventory across social media and online channels.
• Research market trends, competitors, products, and customer interests to identify sales and growth opportunities.
• Develop marketing ideas and provide rough drafts for weekly and monthly marketing strategies for management review.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, visibility, and sales.
• Use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) to create and design introductory content and visual elements for live-selling sessions.
• Assist with creating promotional content, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Support live-selling activities and help create engaging content for live sales.
• Assist with e-commerce and online marketplace activities as needed.
• Stay current with social media, e-commerce, and live-selling trends.

• Marketing and social media experience
• Hands-on OBS experience - required
• Experience with live selling or live commerce
• Experience creating digital or social media content
• Strong understanding of social media and market trends
• Ability to develop creative marketing ideas and recommendations

• E-commerce and online marketplace experience
• Shopify

The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. This person should be able to manage day-to-day marketing activities while researching trends, identifying opportunities, and bringing new ideas and recommendations to management.

$19-$24 per hour, based on experience.
