Shift Lead

A shift lead is in charge of providing direct supervision to the squad independently along with as part of the supervisory team  duties include covering for employee absences, managing cash, deploying the squad, and resolving problems that occur during the shift.

• Deploy squad members based on pre‑determined shift schedules.
• Monitor attendance and tardiness during the shift.
• Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
• Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary.
• Assist with training new and current squad members on tasks.
• Handle or escalate customer issues and manage conflicts.
• Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience running shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate duties and expectations effectively.
• Guest concern resolution experience a plus.
• Experience training a plus.
• Cash handling/management skills.
• Acquire or already have a Manager food safety card within 30 days of employment.
• Must be over the age of 18.
