Bay Care Health System is currently seeking an Administrator On Duty to join our outstanding and compassionate Nursing Administration team at St. Joseph’s Hospital

.

• Coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments.
• Collaborating with the nursing teams, balancing staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand, and facilitating patient placement.
• Acting as a resource for problem solving and keeping Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate.

• Certifications and Licensures:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
  • RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
  • ACLS Certification is required
  • Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
• Education:
  • Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
• Experience:
  • 3 years of RN experience in acute care
  • 1 year of RN experience in ER or critical care is preferred
