In this role, you’ll guide buyers through the full home-buying process — from the first consultation and property tours to negotiations and closing. With clear expectations, structured systems, and hands-on coaching, you can stay focused on relationships, follow-up, and production. Support is in place to help keep transactions organized so your time stays centered on clients and conversions.

Responsibilities- Guide clients through the entire home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand buyers' needs and preferences, setting the stage for successful transactions.
- Coordinate and lead property tours, providing insightful feedback and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers, advocating for clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to leverage collective expertise and resources, enhancing client satisfaction and outcomes.
- Utilize proven systems and tools to manage client relationships and follow-up, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values, offering clients up-to-date advice and insights to guide their decisions.
- Ability to conduct engaging and informative property tours, providing clients with valuable insights.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations, advocating for clients' best interests with integrity.
- Strong communication skills to maintain consistent and clear dialogue with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with the Tampa-St. The Petersburg-Clearwater, FL, real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and tools to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, leveraging collective expertise for client success and satisfaction.
