As a Floor Leader, you'll support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions.
You will spend your day on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a sales associates team to achieve and surpass their goals. By fostering a culture of passion and positivity, you will create a productive, fun environment for both customers and employees.
Responsibilities- Driving Sales:
Utilize the Store Force dashboard to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to exceed sales goals. - Customer
Experience:
Lead by example to deliver a world‑class customer experience, including product demonstrations and consultations. - Building the Brand:
Educate customers on Lush brand values – Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging – and engage the community through store parties and initiatives. - Product Passion:
Continuously deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations. - Development:
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance. - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging:
Encourage open communication and foster belonging by recognizing each employee’s unique contributions. - Cash Handling & Opening/Closing:
Manage cash handling, reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, and secure the store each day. - Time and Attendance:
Model punctuality, monitor breaks, share store updates, and keep the team prepared. - Visuals & Merchandising:
Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. - Stock & Inventory:
Train the team on inventory best practices and adjust displays in real time based on sales. - Policies & Procedures:
Ensure compliance with opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer service in day‑to‑day operations.
- Experience in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
- Experience analyzing sales metrics.
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
- Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.

20–29 hours
Pay: $16.50 USD – $16.50 USD per hour
