Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and strategy: support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, implementing category initiatives, monitoring KPIs, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Deliver exceptional service: create an inclusive, high‑energy environment that meets Coach Service standards, resolve customer issues promptly, and act as a brand ambassador in‑store and in the community.
- Lead and develop talent: recruit, onboard and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
- Execute omni‑channel and digital engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure operational excellence: oversee compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, store safety and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate and communicate: partner with leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategies, and share insights with district and corporate teams to drive cross‑functional projects.
- 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
Compensation and BenefitsBase pay range: $18.50–$38.25. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and other applicable pay laws.
