- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team must demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve all sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start‑ and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
- Be an ambitious self‑starter with previous retail experience looking for first supervisory experience – the first step toward a long‑term, fulfilling career with a leader in prestige beauty.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable.
- Prior supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
$18.00 to $21.25 per hour. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, budget, and geographic location.
This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, education, and incentives.
