AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

This role requires an energetic and detail‑oriented individual who ensures that merchandise is shipped, replenished, marked down, and merchandised efficiently. The Stockroom is the launchpad for sales, and you will work closely with store leadership to identify and resolve merchandising opportunities.

• Process shipments, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom by managing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, develop action plans with store leadership, and execute improvements.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks and guest service when needed.
• Follow safety and Asset Protection standards, adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
