Cresco Labs' Sunnyside Retail Store Supervisor role supports daily dispensary operations in line with state law and company standards. You will direct workflow, open and close procedures, and handle customer escalations while embodying the company mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis.
As a supervisor, you will lead a team of hourly staff, train and coach, manage inventory and POS processes, and uphold compliance with all policies and local laws.
