Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead in Lutz, FL to join our retail team. You will serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of store leadership, drive sales performance, organize merchandise, and oversee shipments while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
You will also train and coach colleagues, provide excellent customer service, upsell selectively, and uphold the Clarks brand standards. Physical duties include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs where required.
