Wesley Chapel.

What this role is: As a Sales Associate, you will help customers design a home that they’ll love while building an exciting career. No furniture sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training and support.

• Help guests design a home they'll love
• Engage and present various home furnishings and service options
• Navigate large showrooms and remain on your feet for 8 hours a day
• Assist guests in finding financing options
• Prospect and manage accounts
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries
• Maintain CITY CRM system

This commission‑driven position offers uncapped earning potential. Average annual earnings in your first year range between $65,000 and $80,000, with top performers earning $100,000 to $150,000. Sales Associates also receive monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses, and participate in sales contests.

• High‑School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work evenings and weekends in a full‑time 40‑hour schedule
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable using an iPad for transactions and inventory checks
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Ability to guide customers throughout a large showroom and remain active for extended periods
