As a Sales Associate at CITY HOME, you are more than a salesperson—you are an entrepreneur shaping your own success. You will use our furniture inventory, marketing support, delivery services, and after‑care to serve customers. You can build your customer base through referrals, repeat purchases, and prospecting, and you have the freedom to set and achieve your own sales goals.
What You’ll Do- Help guests design a home they’ll love
- Engage and present various home furnishings and service options
- Navigate the large showroom while being on your feet 8 hours each day
- Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process
- Assist guests in finding the best financing options
- Convert customer interactions into successful sales
- Create invoices and schedule deliveries
- Prospect and manage accounts
- Maintain showroom neatness for a welcoming experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other KPIs set by management
- Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Continue professional development
This is a commission‑driven position with uncapped earning potential. Successful Associates can expect a minimum of $65,000 after the first year and the potential to earn up to $200,000 or more, depending on effort and performance.

- High‑School Degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent
- Schedule
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible full‑time 40‑hour schedule
- Technology Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Comfort using an iPad for training, transactions, financing, inventory checks, etc.
- Ability to guide customers throughout the showroom for extended periods (showrooms may be large)
