Position Title: Residential Closet Sales/Designer
Reports To: City Services Director
Location: Assigned showroom, occasional regional events
Department: Sales – CITY Services
Compensation: Potential $50,000–$100,000+ (base plus commission) plus mileage reimbursement
Required Driver's License: Valid Florida driver’s license

• Prospecting and sales: assist guests in designing homes, advise on financing, create invoices, manage the CITY CRM system, and engage customers at the showroom, events, and by phone; collaborate with Sales Associates to promote design services and close business (≈50%).
• Client home design: develop innovative, budget‑conscious designs; meet clients, take measurements, create floor plans, select colors, lighting, window treatments, wall coverings, cabinetry, flooring, accessories, and wall art; manage delivery and installation; provide excellent customer service (≈40%).
• Product knowledge: keep up‑to‑date on new products and industry news; understand features and benefits to meet customer needs (≈5%).
• Administrative tasks: maintain accurate records, complete timesheets, mileage reports, design reports, account management, project tracking, and schedules (≈5%).

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• 1–5 years of related experience
• Interior Design license preferred
• Custom Closet Design background a plus

• Full‑time, flexible schedule with evenings and weekends as needed
• 40‑hour per week; 8 hours in showrooms per day
• 60‑70% travel

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in large showrooms (up to 15,000 steps per day)

• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Sketch Up, Design Files, AutoCAD or equivalent
• Use of iPad for training, transactions, financing applications, inventory checks

• Florida Driver’s License
