Job DescriptionWe are hiring Armed Arrestee Transport Officers with at least 2 years of qualifying experience in law enforcement, corrections, or military roles. Positions include Full‑Time and Part‑Time opportunities.

Starting pay for an Arrestee Transport Officer: $22.00 per hour (qualified positions). The compensation may vary based on assignment, client requirements, and work location.

Minimum of two (2) years of qualifying experience in one of the following:
- Certified law enforcement officer (active or retired)
- Corrections officer
- Military police or qualifying military experience
Applicants must provide proof of successful completion of:
- State Police Academy Certification
- State Corrections Academy Certification
- Military DD‑214
Minimum requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment
- Pass Allied Universal pre‑employment screening
- Pass client‑specific background investigations
- Meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements
- D and G security licenses preferred (licensing options available during interview)
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Must possess one or more of the following:
- Service in a military occupational specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a combat zone
- Graduate of a certified public safety academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
- Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies
- Minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch
- Associate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
