You will serve residential homeowners throughout the Tampa area by maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air‑conditioning systems while delivering a professional experience that earns repeat business and five‑star reviews. Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform complete residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Evaluate the full system rather than focusing only on the immediate complaint.
- Identify legitimate safety, comfort, airflow, electrical, refrigerant, indoor‑air‑quality, and reliability concerns.
- Clearly explain your findings and why they matter.
- Build professional options that allow the homeowner to choose how they want to move forward.
- Recommend appropriate repairs, improvements, accessories, maintenance plans, or replacement evaluations when warranted.
- Recheck system operation after every service or repair.
- Document findings, measurements, photos, recommendations, and outcomes before leaving the home.
