Entry Level Test and Balance; TAB Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or HVAC-related coursework is a plus).
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical principles (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including construction sites and mechanical rooms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces or at
  heights as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in
  a team setting.
• Background Check:
  Must be able to pass a comprehensive
  background check.
• Drug & Alcohol Screening:
  Must submit to and pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb and work off ladders, including extension ladders to access rooftops.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to extend arms overhead for extended periods to facilitate testing and adjusting.
• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in various environmental conditions.
• Prior experience or coursework in HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with testing instruments such as manometers, anemometers, and flow hoods.
