Position Summary

TPC Tampa Bay is seeking a motivated

Second Assistant Superintendent to join our high-performing agronomy team. This role is ideal for a turf professional who is passionate about championship-level conditioning, leadership development, and advancing their career in a dynamic golf environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily golf course maintenance and operations
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff
  • Support irrigation scheduling and water management
  • Monitor turf health, pest control, and fertility programs
  • Assist with course setup and tournament preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safety compliance
Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
  • 1–3 years golf course maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems and agronomic practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
