Travel RN - Leadership - Nurse Manager

American Traveler is hiring an interim Director of Nursing for a long-term care setting, requiring an active MN RN license, BSN, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Active MN RN license required

• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Interim Director of Nursing role within the RNC unit of a post-acute long-term care facility
• Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Will need to work the floor as needed to cover shifts
• Uses a facility-specific computerized charting system
• Serve as interim DON, overseeing nursing operations and providing leadership support to the unit
• Must reside within an 80-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate
• 2-week notice required for cancellation
