We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead quality, health, safety, environmental, and feed safety initiatives at a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining quality management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and enhance the site's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications.
- Oversee all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities to maintain product quality and feed/food safety standards.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, supplier assessments, and coordinate third-party certification and regulatory audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, external audits, and compliance matters.
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and CAPAs, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain regulatory compliance by supporting inspections, managing permits, and ensuring required product registrations.
- Develop and deliver quality and safety training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality, HSEQ, Compliance, QA/QC, or Food/Feed Safety within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in feed manufacturing, animal nutrition, food processing, ingredient manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry quality standards (FAMI-QS experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
