Maintenance Technician
Full‑time, hands‑on position responsible for maintaining the physical assets of multi‑family housing properties in Luverne, MN.
Day‑to‑day tasks include, but are not limited to:- Building systems maintenance
- Unit repairs and reconditioning
- Drywall repairs
- Painting
- Minor plumbing work
- Minor electrical work
- Grounds care and snow removal
- Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
- Pass a criminal background check
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Available for after‑hour emergencies as needed
