- Carry outPPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and AC systems across sites in Manchester
- Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, and FCUs
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
- Support the technical services supervisor with minor works and projects
- Respond to Help Desk requests and report to Service Managers as needed
- Accurately complete job reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For:- F-Gas Certification(essential)
- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance
- Strong understanding of building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Experience with SFG
20or similar maintenance specifications (preferred)
