This position is set aside for a current student with good customer service, a positive attitude, and competent computer skills. The role involves providing office support for faculty and staff, running errands, assisting students with information, and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities- Provide office support and perform special projects following instructions with a positive attitude.
- Take initiative in performing tasks as necessary.
- Run errands and assist faculty, staff, and students as needed.
- Maintain day‑to‑day operations and foster a team‑friendly environment.
- Current student.
- Excellent professional work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills, processes, and databases.
- Strict adherence to University policies and represents the University professionally.
- Works effectively as a team member and embraces the University’s mission.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Public communication skills for representing the University.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Advanced computer competencies.
- Problem‑solving skills for routine and complex issues.
- Ability to hear and speak clearly.
- Stand, walk, and climb stairs regularly.
- Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop, and lift up to 10 pounds.
The position operates in a climate‑controlled, well‑lit environment with moderate noise. Driving is not required. The role is part‑time and onsite.
