Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist the department administrative assistant with copying, typing, mail distribution, and answering phones.
- Swiping students in for faculty appointments.
- Work on graphic design projects.
- Clean and organize the faculty break room and conference room.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the administrative assistant.
- Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
- Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
- Clerical experience.
- Computer skills.
- Graphic design skills.
- Running errands.
- Self-starter, following instructions, dependable.
- Able to work with faculty, staff, and other students.
- Work with confidential materials.
- Work rapidly but accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
