Manager, Professional Services Consulting

• Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities
• Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations addressing impactful opportunities and challenges
• Build solutions and actionable insights to help clients grow their portfolios
• Partner with peers in marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and global regional teams to execute projects
• Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, understand client issues, and guide client priorities
• Manipulate and analyze large industry and Visa datasets to determine meaningful insights and recommendations
• Build scalable solutions, toolkits, best-practice documents, and consulting approaches for the VCA practice
• Develop enduring strategic relationships with internal and external clients
• Deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics, and high-impact solutions to support client growth and performance

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, in management consulting, strategy, or business analytics
• Strong analytical skills and experience deriving insights from complex datasets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Experience building executive-level presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with or consulting for Retailers, including retail operations, customer experience, and digital transformation
• Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm or strategic role within a retail organization
• Familiarity with payment systems, customer loyalty programs, or digital commerce trends
• Travel 5-10% of the time
