What You’ve Accomplished

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of directly related experience
• Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques, and criteria
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem identification/resolution skills

As an NPC Product Line Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IB-Products Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit.

Your work will include:

• Managing all aspects of the business through effective leadership of cross-functional teams
• Leading and motivating teams by establishing and clearly communicating vision/purpose while driving ownership and accountability to achieve results
• Planning and managing short/long-term product line financials including income statements, cash flows, and balance sheets
• Identifying, developing, and managing a portfolio of strategic supplier partnerships in accordance with the strategic supplier partnership program
• Leading the business planning process for the product line
• Leading the coordination and prioritization of product line activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials, and equipment
• Collaborating with other customer-facing roles to establish and maintain favorable customer relationships, develop new business, and promote the Framatome brand
