New Custom-Home Construction
LOCATION: Lynchburg, VA
Compensation: Salary range (DOE);
Bonus per Home;
Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k), etc)

A Regional single-family Custom Home Builder with a private-company feel but extensive corporate support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.
They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.
National volume of $1B and privately owned since the early 1970s - this company has their act together and will be a stable, growing opportunity in the area for years to come.
Your Responsibilities:- Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
- Construction site management extending from the plans process, sub-selection & scheduling to safety management through total completion.
- Contractor/vendor negotiations as well as job site development and production.
- Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
- Candidate will need experience in residential construction (preferably in On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building).
- Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time.
- Qualifications include a 8+ year proven track record of successful project leadership and within New Home Construction.
- Candidate will need to express good contractor leadership & have excellent communications abilities with customers/clients.
