We are hiring a Site Superintendent to lead field operations for a growing civil/site contractor specializing in utilities, excavation, asphalt, and concrete work.
What You’ll Do- Lead jobsite safety and daily operations
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and schedules
- Read and execute plans and specifications
- Ensure projects stay on track and on budget
- 6+ years of civil/site construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 required | CDL preferred
- Experience with utilities, excavation, and site work
- Competitive pay
