Our client, the construction industry, is seeking a Steel Erection Superintendent to join their team. As a Steel Erection Superintendent, you will be part of the construction department supporting project management and field operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to safety, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Direct activities of workers involved in the construction of buildings, warehouses, factories, and structural steel towers.
Organize, plan, and prioritize work activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Inspect equipment, structures, and materials to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage multiple crews on a jobsite, overseeing safety, quality, and productivity.
Read and interpret blueprints and perform basic engineering calculations related to beam and column loads.
Fifth-year college or university program certificate, or two to four years of related experience and training.
Valid Driver's License meeting company MVR criteria.
Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, AISC, and AWS standards and procedures.
Ability to inspect equipment and perform emergency roadside repairs.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
