The Vibe Think of yourself as the "Welcome Ambassador." In a retirement community, you aren't just handling keys; you are a familiar, smiling face to residents, their families, and guests. You’ll be the hero who keeps everyone moving safely, rain or shine!

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

Roll Out the Red Carpet:
Greet residents and guests with an upbeat attitude, open doors, and give them a warm welcome.

The Ultimate Car Concierge:
Safely park and retrieve vehicles with peak care and  a Helping Hand:
Assist residents with getting in and out of vehicles or helping them carry in groceries, packages, and luggage.

Keep it Moving:
Maintain a clean, organized, and smooth-running valet driveway.

What We’re Looking For:

A Service Superstar:
You genuinely enjoy talking to people, swapping quick stories, and putting a smile on someone's face.

The Hustle:
You like staying on your feet, moving fast, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

The Basics:
* Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) transmissions is a major plus!

Must be able to pass a background check.

Flexibility:
This is a part-time position. We need someone with a flexible schedule who can jump in and help out when the community needs it most!

At least 18 years of age2+ years of driving experience

Valid drivers license

Acceptable driving record

Good customer service skills

Friendly and outgoing

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures

Must project professionalism

Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts

Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
