We are looking for someone who can help build referrals through customer service in the Spanish Community.

• Fluent in Spanish
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
