Financial Coordinator - Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Lynchburg

Position:Full-Time Finacial Coordinator
Schedule:Monday – Thursday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay:$23+ (based on experience)
Preferred Experience:1–2 years

Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics of Lynchburg is looking for a personable, organized, and financially savvy Financial Coordinator to support Dr. Pyle's orthodontic team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping families understand treatment options, and creating a smooth and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment completion.

• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to families
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
• Discuss payment options and financing solutions
• Process insurance claims and monitor account balances
  
  Maintain accurate patient financial records
• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting patient relationships
• Work closely with Dr. Pyle and the team to support patient care and practice growth

• Dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or financial coordination experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance verification and treatment presentation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional, positive, and patient-focused
