About This Role
We seek a dedicated and compassionate preschool teacher to join our ECE team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing a nurturing environment that fosters social, physical, spiritual, and intellectual growth in children aged 2-5 years. With at least one year of experience working with this age group, the successful candidate will be a team player who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care to our children and families.
While a Christian faith and ability to incorporate Biblical principles into daily activities are essential, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate a similar level of compassion and empathy. A background check and CPR/First Aid certification are also required.

What You'll Do- Deliver engaging lessons and activities that promote exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Care for the basic needs of our children, including feeding, dressing, and hygiene.
- Develop and implement curriculum that addresses key skills such as color recognition, social skills, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment by establishing clear rules and procedures.
- Host daily reading sessions and lead activities that promote physical, mental, and social development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss their child's development and provide guidance on promoting learning and development.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Prepare materials for activities and lessons.
- Model and teach healthy eating habits and personal hygiene practices.
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- College Degree in courses related to Education or CDA (Child Development Associate) certification
- At least 1 year of childcare experience
- CDA Child Development Associate
- CPR and First Aid Certification
