The Local Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the instructional program for adult learners needing ABE/GED training and English language instruction. The role includes training educators, managing assessment, maintaining program records, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with regional staff and community partners.

• Train and monitor adult education instructors and develop curriculum.
• Assess, set goals, post-test, and collect data for the program.
• Maintain office, data, materials, reports, correspondence, workshops, budget, and class schedules.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, intake, retention plans and support transition services with regional staff and community partners.

Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or adult education. Administrative experience is a plus.

Some travel may be required to attend conferences.
