Job Overview
AAA has high expectations for the tutors hired. Tutors must maintain a GPA above a 3.0 while working with student‑athletes, display strong academic commitment, be highly motivated, open‑minded, and compassionate toward student athletes. They are also responsible for presenting materials in an ethical manner and encouraging consistent academic success throughout each semester.
Responsibilities- Monitor student‑athletes while signed into Academic Enhancement.
- Check student‑athletes into the facility via Teamworks.
- Ensure student‑athletes are following the established rules of Academic Enhancement.
- Confirm that student‑athletes are working on academics throughout their study session, including independent work.
- Provide a productive, engaging environment that allows maximal interaction between tutorial staff and student‑athletes.
- Must be a Liberty University student.
- Must work independently and as part of a group.
- Must have good communication skills.
