The YMCA of Central Virginia is seeking a Substitute Teacher to assist in a preschool classroom under the guidance of the Early Learning Center Director. This on-call role supports Lead Teacher and Teacher Assistant in delivering developmentally appropriate activities for 3-4 year olds, while ensuring safety and program compliance.
Responsibilities include following lesson plans, supporting classroom management, and coordinating with staff and families.
