We seek a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you can work on cutting‑edge projects and contribute to developing innovative projects. This is a permanent position with excellent growth potential and the chance to impact the industry.
Primary Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Prerequisites- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Understanding of construction methods, means, and costs.
- Professional Engineer License.
- Strong understanding of the International Mechanical Code and ASHRAE Standards.
- LEED Accreditation is a plus.
- Minimum of 4+ years of design experience with HVAC, Industrial, Process, and Piping systems, including:
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet client deadlines.
- Ability to assess building mechanical requirements and deficiencies and recommend efficient, cost‑effective approaches to satisfy the design requirements and/or corrective actions to fix problems.
- Experience performing field survey work supporting project proposal development, design drawings, contract administration, and as‑built drawing development.
- Experience performing analysis for building loads and piping systems. Building energy modeling is a plus.
- Experience preparing Controls Sequences and assisting in functional testing.
- Must have experience in developing contract drawings and specifications.
- Enjoy working in a positive team environment and feel confident speaking to clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD MEP or Revit.
- Ability to influence and guide engineering projects to cost efficiency and customer goals.
- Experience Preparing Conceptual Design Proposals and System Descriptions. Routinely work with proposal teams to develop winning designs and estimates, including presenting to customers.
